Nirvana Academy A Cultural club organises Bhajan Sandhya


24-01-2015,Jammu: To mark Basant Panchmi festival, Nirvana Academy today organised a bhajan sandhya at Aarohi Kala Sangeet Vidhalaya Subash nagar Jammu. Sh. Brij Kumar noted musician of the state was the chief guest while Sh. Vikul Gupta from Arivaan group and State Analyst was the guest of honour on the occasion.
Programme started with a group song presented by the students of Aarohi Kala Sangeet vidhalaya followed by Saraswati Vandana “ Saraswati Shardhe Maa” sung by Haripriya and Shree Gupta.
Rishaan and Kunwar presented bhajan “Pyaar nahi Sur se jisko” which was highly appreciated by the parents and audience presented on the occasion. Kuldeep Kumar noted singer of the state presented bhajan “Maan Tadpat Hari darshan ko aaj”. Others who performed on the occasion were Aditya, Divyam, Amrita Bhan and Rajat Kholi. Nikhil accompanied on table and Danish Gupta on guitar.
Hitesh Badyal President Nirvana Academy thanked kuldeep kumar Director Aarohi Kala Sangeet Vidhalya and also all the participants from Aarohi. He said Nirvana Academy will provide platform to all the participants in future. He also highlighted the importance of Basant Panchami festival among the kids and youth.

7th Season of Pandit Uma Dutt Sangeet Mahotsav concludes at K.L Saigal Hall

Jammu, 16 January: Seventh Season of Pandit Uma Dutt Sangeet Mahotsav concluded on Friday at K.L Saigal Hall. On the occasion, Sh. Krishan Lal Verma Retd. HOD fine Arts College and disciple of Pandit Uma Dutt Sharma presided over the function. Sh. Vikrant Dogra Vice President FIBDO, Sh. Vikul Gupta Chief Editor State Analyst, Sh. P.S Wazir Retd. Army officer, Sh. Vikas Dogra Vice President Prayas were the guest of Honour and Anmol Jaswal Indian Idol junior finalist was the celebrity guest. Rajni Anubhav Sharma hosted the programme.
Programme commenced with a musical programme in which Archit Singh performed raag “bhopali” on violin followed by some other mesmerizing performances by Anubhav Sharma, Prateek Singh Bedi, Aftab Ganguly, Aditya, Sahil, Kanisk, Suksham Kappor, Shivans, Arushi and Jiya ray.
During Interaction, Anmol Jaswal shared his experience of Indian idol journey with the participants of Sangeet Mahotsav. While speaking on the occasion Anmol hoped that his experience will help other students of music to win laurels for their gurus,parents and the society at large. 
Hitesh Badyal President Nirvana Academy gave details about the mission, history and goals of Sangeet Mahotsav, organised by Nirvana Academy a cultural club every year in memory of legendary musician and singer Late Pandit Uma Dutt Sharma. While speaking he said that Nirvana Academy will put more effort to bring artists of national and international eminence in sangeet mahotsav so that participants can learn and share experiences with them.
Programme concluded with the prize distribution ceremony of the
musical competition organised during seventh season of Pandit Uma Dutt Sangeet Mahotsav. Prizes and certificates autographed by Santoor maestro Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma distributed among the participants.
