Multi talent show “Jalwa 2015” organised

24 October, Jammu: To promote talent and to provide stage to the young artists of Jammu, Pammy Art Academy organized a multi talent show “Jalwa2015” at Auditorium Polytechnic College Bikram Chowk, Jammu. Dr. Balram Saini, Chief Bureau Punjab Kesari group J&K was the chief guest on the occasion while Sh. Hitesh Badyal, President Nirvana Academy Presided over the function. Mr. Vikas, Mr. Amit and Smiley Tanuja leading choreographers of Jammu were the guest of honour on the occasion.


The event was organized by Pammy Art Academy in collaboration with Nirvana Academy. 50 participants from different schools and institutes of Jammu took part in the programme. Participants took part in different categories of Dance, Singing and modeling competition. Mr. Raj Shavotra  renowned dance choreographer of the state and Mr. Kuldeep Kumar Music Director and singer adjudged the talent programme.

Programme commenced with the welcome speech of Miss Paramjeet kour, Director Pammy art academy followed by western round of modeling and solo singing competition. Solo, duet and group dances were also presented on the occasion. Participants from Pulse Dance Institute, Riddhima Dance Academy, Envious dance Academy and SIDM (Smiley) took part in the competition.
Dr. Balram Saini while speaking on occasion said that Music and Dance is a vital form of communication. It’s a source of entertainment as well as platform to put across past, present and future generation artists and dance lover at one plat form. He also congratulated the organizer for providing platform to the budding artists of Jammu.

Mohd. Raqib got title Hunk of the year 2015 in modeling where as Shashank Sharma stood first runner up and Nipun Sharma second runner up. In female category Harshdeep Kour won the title Beauty of the year 2015 where as Ishu Sharma from udhampur got first runner up position and Parvinder kour got second runner up in modeling.
In singing, Dharvinder Kumar, Ridham Chatwal,  Aryan, Amritansh Mangotra and Sonam Manhas got first prize in different age group categories while Manu Sharma, Yuvraj gupta and Arshuman got second prize in different instrumental categories.
In Dance, Vridhi,  Awdhirit, Manya Sharma, Moksh Sharma, Akriti and Shivani Sharma stood first in different dance categories while  Namya, Mehak, Priya got second prize. Avyan Sagar Sharma stood third in dance competition.

In group dance, Pulse group and Elite  dance and fitness zone group got first prize and Groove and Move group stood second. 
Payal Manhas and Shehbaaz Khan anchored the programme.
